2. The Triangle

This posture helps you stretch your groin and hips, but is also very beneficial to stretch the hamstring. Additionally, it may help you in relieving tension from your lower back. 

3. The Warrior

The warrior pose streches the front og your body and does some proper leg work. The pose strengthens your thighs and your back and helps you in developing a stronger core.

Morning Yoga for Beginners

One good way of easing into the habit of doing yoga is by establishing a morning yoga routine. If you practice a little yoga every morning, you will quickly feel the effect on your entire body. Be aware though; they say it takes about 2 month to develop and keep a habit. So hang in there!

Whatever way works best for you and makes you feel good is what you should do. It is best to try a specific session for a few days, and then maybe change it up a bit. 

After a week or ten days you might already notice that one way of doing yoga in the moring resonates with you more than another.
